Return & Exchange Policy – Airr Made Ceramics / Market Studio

As a small, independent business, all items sold through Airr Made Ceramics and Market Studio are handmade and often one of a kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, in-store or online.

Please choose carefully. As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, made an incorrect selection, or found the item cheaper elsewhere.

However, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault (e.g. the item is unsafe, substantially different from the sample or description, or doesn't do what we said it would). If a product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, please contact us at airrmade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and include photos and your order details.

Please note:

Minor variations in colour, glaze, and size are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

All returns must be approved by us in writing before being sent back.

Shipping costs for any approved returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Shipping & Delivery

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

In the event of an incorrect address, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and free replacement shipping will not be provided.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
