Lino Printing Workshop

  • Whether you're getting nostalgic with this throwback to high school art class, or trying it as a brand new medium, lino printing is easy, fun, and seriously addictive once you get started.

    In this 2 hour workshop, we'll teach you how to draw your own design, transfer it onto a lino pad, and carve your very own stamp. Once it's carved, your stamp is yours to keep and use again and again, on paper, wood, clothing, and more. Small class setting, relaxed pace, and everyone leaves with something they made completely from scratch.

    This workshop is 16+ ONLY, as we will be handling sharp tools.

    Price: $99 per person

  • Guests Will Get

    • One A6 lino pad to create your design on

    • Your stamp inked onto handmade recycled paper, ready to take home

    • A small bag and notebook to try your new stamp on

    • The chance to create as many stamps as you like, one A6 (or smaller) design per stamp

    Guests Should Bring

    • An A6 (or smaller) printed design from home to work from

  • You get to take your stamps home with you on the day!

  • All of our classes are perfect for beginners and those looking to brush up on their skills, and create something fun and functional.

    All our workshops offer a safe and fun environment.

  • Find us at Market Studio our shop & studio located at131 Booth Street, Annandale 2038.The best bus route is the 470 Lilyfield to City Martin Place (or returning), stop Booth St at Young St (2 minute walk). There is unlimited street parking on Annandale Street and surrounding streets, with parking restrictions on Booth Street.

  • Workshops and classes are strictly non-refundable. No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 7 days before the class. One date change is permitted per booking.

    All notices must be submitted by email to hello@marketstudio.com.au. We do not accept other forms of contact as official cancellation.

    Please note, for the sake of fairness, we apply these rules strictly and with no exceptions


  • No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 14 days before the class. Any payment before cancellation is non-refundable. One date change is permitted per booking, provided it is made at least 14 days prior to the class.

    Any reduction to the guest number must be finalised 7 days before the workshop date. Any reductions beyond that date will not be eligible for a refund.
